Quality assurance, sustainability and the environment

Dana Tank is ISO 9001 certified and works purposefully with quality and the environment in all processes—from first contact to delivery. We supply pressure vessels with documented quality assurance and follow clear procedures, both for standard products and custom projects. Quality, traceability, environmental considerations, and customer satisfaction are key elements of our daily work.

Our work with quality and the environment is an integral part of the entire value chain and forms the basis for consistent, controlled production. This applies to planning, material selection, manufacturing, documentation, and final quality inspection. We work systematically with procedures and continuous improvements to ensure that every delivery meets both customer requirements and applicable standards. For our customers, this means high operational reliability, full traceability, and a well-documented product developed and manufactured with a focus on quality, responsibility, and long service life.

Our quality work is supported by:
  • Ongoing internal inspections in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 3834-2
  • External audits by recognized certification bodies
  • Certifications ISO 9001:2015, PED 2014/68/EU, ASME VIII div. I + II , EN 1090, DNV manufacturer certificate
  • Our welders are certified in accordance with applicable certifications EN ISO 14732, EN 9606 and ASME sec. IX
  • Vessels are typically designed in accordance with EN 13445, AD 2000, ASME VIII div. I + II
  • Welding inspection is carried out by our welding engineers: IWE and welding specialist: IWS in accordance with ISO 14731

Dana Tank also works to standards such as DNV, Bureau Veritas, Loyd, ABS, CRN (Canadian approval)

We are working towards ISO 14001 certification.

In addition, we continuously prioritize training our employees in green practices, so that together we can contribute to a more sustainable future.
