For many years, Dana Tank has been certified according to the internationally recognized standard for quality management – ISO 9001. Whether it concerns our standard products or individual projects, it is important that we manage all processes, from the first inquiry to the delivery of the product.

Quality work is the focal point that, in daily operations, helps ensure that customer specifications are met, and Dana Tank’s employees have clear guidelines in their day-to-day work.

Quality assurance at Dana Tank takes place through both continuous and customer-specific inspections at each stage of the process. This is performed by internal quality employees, whose task is to ensure the appropriate level.

Furthermore, we have several external certification bodies that conduct regular audits of our systems to ensure that we consistently work in accordance with our requirements and procedures outlined in our ISO 9001 handbook.

Our dedication to quality means that we continuously conduct both internal and external control processes. This includes ongoing quality control and audits from certification bodies to ensure compliance with our standards and procedures according to our ISO 9001 quality system.

We are also certified under ISO 3834 and ASME, which reflects our commitment to maintaining high standards in welding processes and pressure vessels.

We also invest in employee training and certifications, including welding competencies, to ensure the highest quality in our products and services.

To meet specific customer needs, we also offer case-specific quality assurance with detailed documentation and control activities as required.

When it comes to design and manufacturing standards, we follow a range of international norms and standards, including EN1090, PED 2014/68/EU, ASME, and several others.

On the environmental front, Dana Tank is committed to the UN's 12 Sustainable Development Goals, particularly responsible production and consumption. We strive to minimize resource consumption, waste, and environmental impact through recycling, environmentally friendly practices, and employee engagement. We also aim to recycle 99% of our company’s waste.

Our goal is to operate with as little environmental impact as possible and to promote a sustainable and healthy workplace for our employees and the planet.

Claim notification is sent to IPL quality: quality@dana-tank.dk

The complaint will be created in our system within 24 hours, after which a unique complaint number will be sent, which should be referred to in the subsequent correspondence.
